AutoSimSport Media wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an Item, please review our return policy.
Return and Exchange Policy.
Any non-defective, undamaged, and properly shipped product may be returned for refund, or exchanged, within 10 days of the date the Item being received provided the Item meets all of the following conditions:
Software must be in its original box and unopened. Please note; we do not accept any opened, or used software.
Accessories, Hardware, and other Consumer Electronic products must be returned inside the original packaging, and must be in re-sellable condition.
All returns will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $5.00. Refunds for purchases made by credit card will only be credited back to the same credit card.
Returns totaling over $100.00 will incur a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total return.
Restocking fees are based upon the original cost of the product minus shipping fees and sales tax.
All shipping charges related to non-defective, undamaged, and properly shipped items are non-refundable.
ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL UPC BAR CODE INTACT.
Return and Exchange Policy for Defective or Damaged Items.
Any defective or damaged software, accessory or hardware product, may be returned, or exchanged, within 10 days from the date the Item was received, provided they meet all the following conditions:
All returned defective, or damaged items will be refunded 100% with no restocking fee, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective, or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item. All exchanges are subject to availability.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees when the item is exchanged and returned back to you. Return shipping will be sent via the least-cost method available at time of shipment.
All shipping charges related to the return and exchange of defective, or damaged Items, are non-refundable.
Return and Exchange Policy for Incorrectly Shipped Items.
Any incorrectly shipped software; accessory, or hardware product may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date the Item was received,provided they meet all the following conditions:
Any item incorrectly shipped, for which a refund is needed, will be refunded 100%, including original and return shipping fees. Return shipping fees are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method.
Items returned by the customer using other than approved shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.
Any incorrectly shipped Items for which an exchange is needed will be replaced by the correct Item as soon as the incorrect Item has been received by AutoSimSport Media. We will then return-ship the correct Item at no additional cost to the customer. The customer will also be refunded the cost of the return-shipping. Return-shipping fees are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method.
Return Recommendations
Before returning any product, we strongly advise that you contact the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer may have solutions to many of the issues that you encounter. This is especially true for software products.
Once the manufacturer has been contacted, and still no remedy has been found, please contact our Customer Support.
Please note; you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA number) from our Customer Support before returning any software. Any item returned without an RA number will be refused.
We strongly recommend that you make sure that your system meets all system requirements before purchasing any game or accessory.
AutoSimSport Media will not accept opened, returned software due to the failure of meeting the Item’s system requirements.

For your protection, please send your return pre-paid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method.
Return Authorization
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please email Customer Support.
Please reference the original order number to process a return request for the Item within the return period stated above.
Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
RA numbers will expire after 14 days of being issued. Please note: the Item will not be accepted if it arrives after the 14th day of being issued an RA number.
Please include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write directly on the manufacturer's box).
Returning an Item(s) may change or void coupon discounts, or refunds currently appearing on an order.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method.
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.
