A practice server is typically up 24/7 on iGOR for practice and testing your network connection.

Race night practice begins between 19h30 and 20h00. Green flag about 21:30. All times EASTERN STANDARD TIME (GMT-5)

I found it (thanks Jack). I couldn't connect just now but hopefully just that the server isn't up yet.
